After hearing about your e mail re the RTE Joe Duffy Radio Show on CCTV It gives me great peace of mind to be able to view our home CCTV on my Iphone and work computer. Great clarity and also the second system in my parents' home is wonderful. To be able to check on my elderly Mum & Dad in their home is a great idea especially if they were to activate the medical pendant and needed our help as we live some distance away from them. Dear Joe. The medical & smoke alarm monitoring you installed for us in Blackrock works really well as we found out last week when my Dad fell. Your follow up call along with the ambulance service worked so well for my elderly parents. The staff in the monitoring station stayed on the phone with my parents until the ambulance arrived.
